No — we handle everything. Our team creates banner designs, post captions, hashtag research, and scheduling. We'll do a brief onboarding session to understand your brand voice, products, and tone before we start posting.
Our Growth package includes R500 × 4 ad campaigns per month (R2,000 total ad spend). The Premium package includes R1,000 × 4 campaigns + R300 WhatsApp Ads. Ad spend goes directly to Meta or Google — it's separate from our management fee.

If a hosting account lapses, your website will go offline after a grace period. We send payment reminders before any suspension. We strongly recommend setting up a recurring payment to avoid any interruptions.
